​How fast will my order be processed?

We process all orders placed before 3pm (on non-holiday weekdays New York Time zone) within the same day. Depends on the production lead-time, usually ship from our designer’s warehouse 1 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on Sundays or on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

  • President’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas

Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day. Delivery is dependent on USPS and can be subject to weather delays. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

What do I do if I am interested in a product that is sold out?

Depends on the item, you can always send email to earth@melangeblanc.com to submit your interest for a sold out product

I received defected products, want to exchange

We are happy to offer free shipping to exchange items. Please email pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number and your shipping information to earth@melangeblanc.com and once we determine the source of defect, we will issue return shipping label. Melange Blanc reserves all rights to determine the best resolution and is not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as staining, dye fading or any natural coloring differentiation and spots on natural leather products.

CAN I CANCEL MY NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription by clicking “Remove me from the list”.

HOW DO I RECOVER MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log-in section. Enter your email address and we will send you an email telling you next steps.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

Once you have placed your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please email us at earth@melangeblanc.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped yet. To do this, go to the “my orders” section in “my account”. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Details” link in the confirmation email sent to you and cancel the order.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, the data is transmitted via SSL encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the back of the card that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions. We do not store any of your credit card information on our website or servers. We use secured third party payment method such as paypal or stripe to process all order payments, refund and shipping fees.
