Domestic US Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders. For domestic return, merchandises must be their original condition (new, unused and unwashed) and returned within 14 days of the package receive date as per the tracking status. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Please repack the item(s) and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or pouch and drop it off at any United States Postal Service location. Please allow up to 5-7 regular bank business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. The return postal fee will be deducted from the final refund.

Sample sale items and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Regular processing time is within 24 hours. After your order has been processed, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), paring with the carrier tracking number.

United States domestic shipping time:

Standard: via USPS 3-4 business days for shipping transit
Express: free express shipping for orders above $50

NOTE: Melange Blanc is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Melange Blanc is not responsible for delays related to the courier. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

International Shipping & Returns

For international shipping, courier fee will be charged at the checkout. Shipping fees vary for different countries. For international returns, the return postal fee will be deducted from the final refund.

We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We will add more shipping options for more regions in the future

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can find your order’s status and shipment tracking number in the “my orders” section in “my account”. If you are not registered, please check the tracking number in the confirmation email from us.
